ABOUT THE ROLE: The Inclusive Employment Specialist (IES) will be the face of Jigsaw in the local community, focusing on employer engagement. The IES will work closely with Jigsaw Hub and Zone Managers, the Jigsaw Alumni, and Jigsaw Paid Trainees and Participants, to deeply understand their employment goals and aspirations, and use their strong local labour market knowledge and employer networks to identify and create suitable, sustainable employment placements.
